The ceremony is scheduled for 5:00 PM located outside on the back patio of the Grove Park Country Club. (This area is flat and paved.) If you are staying at The Grove Park Inn, the ceremony is on the Grove Park grounds but requires a 5-10 minute shuttle from the lobby. Please start catching the shuttle from the lobby to the Country Club at 4:15 PM. Please ensure you plan to catch a shuttle by 4:40 PM to arrive before the 5:00 PM ceremony.

 If you are Ubering or driving from another location, you can input the address as :
 9 Club View Rd, Asheville, NC 28804

 This will take you directly to the Country Club and bypass the lobby/shuttle.

The cocktail hour and reception will be at the Grove Park Seeley Pavilion. Shuttles will transport guests from the Country Club to the Seeley Pavilion following the ceremony. The cocktail hour will take place outside on flat turf (with some seating) followed by the reception inside the pavilion.

The reception will end around 10:30 PM with shuttles running to take guests back to the lobby. Guests are also free to walk back to their rooms if staying onsite. 

 Ubers are allowed to pick-up at the Seeley Pavilion or the Grove Park lobby. (We hope that you will not want to, but if you need to leave early the pavilion has a dedicated Shuttle Phone to request a pick-up back to the lobby.)

Finally, if you haven't had enough of us, we will be continuing the night at Elaine's Dueling Piano Bar in the Grove Park hotel toward the Vanderbilt wing!
